2015-2017

How it is started

In 2016, a food technologist planted the seeds of Dryo in the hilly region of Wai, a town in the Satara district of Maharashtra. She was then working in an FMCG company and trying her best to make a difference. She would immerse herself in quality control for nine hours straight every day, visit factories, come up with innovative ideas, but little appreciation and no action on her ideas made her believe that the job was enough to earn bread but not enough to earn her name and make a difference in the industry.

2017-2019

Ups & Downs

Leaving everything behind, she decided to carve her own path. She hasn’t had a multi-hyphenated career or any entrepreneurial experience, let alone money for the venture. All she had was a blazing passion to bring 100% made in India, exceptional quality products to the shelves. With a penchant for generating quality dry fruits and a passion to elevate women in society, she started working day in and day out, along with a small team of women, on her brainchild – Dryo.

2020- Till Date

A day after night

The efforts bore fruit in no time. What was overlooked yesterday is overbooked today. There were roadblocks in the beginning and still are to this day, but this all-woman company always finds a way around them. This is not just another FMCG business, but a platform to improve the lives of women who have devoted their lives to Dryo. Today, our brand has not only become a household name in Maharashtra but has also reached every nook and cranny of the country. And nothing, simply nothing, would have been possible without this team.
